As OGOship has multiple warehouses around the globe, some warehouses require special processes during the inbound of goods.

Below listed the stock update specialities in different OGOship warehouses. Make sure to read the instructions thoroughly as the more detailed your stock updates arrive at the warehouse, the easier they are to inbound and that way it makes it more cost-efficient for you! 

VNL warehouse - Netherlands

• Please note that the warehouse has multiple buildings. Do not send in your first delivery before your onboarding contact person confirms the address to you.
• OGOship reference (from the stock update in myOGO) needs to be attached outside the parcel or pallet.
• It is mandatory to have a packing slip in the shipment attached outside the parcel or pallet.
• It is preferred that every item is marked with a barcode.
• Goods should be delivered to the warehouse in EUR pallets. In case other pallets are being used some additional costs might be applicable.
• When the size of the inbound shipment is five pallets or more, a delivery slot needs to be booked with the warehouse, please follow the inbound process instructions on this page.
